根據(jù)建設部《關(guān)于印發(fā)<一九九九年工程建設國家標準制定、修訂計劃的通知》(建標[1999]308號)的要求，由信息產(chǎn)業(yè)部會同有關(guān)部門共同修訂了《建筑與建筑群綜合布線系統(tǒng)工程設計規(guī)范》和《建筑與建筑群綜合布線系統(tǒng)工程驗收規(guī)范》，經(jīng)有關(guān)部門會審，現(xiàn)批準為推薦性國家標準，編號為GB/T 50311—2000和GB/T 50312—2000，自2000年8月1日起施行。
本規(guī)范由信息產(chǎn)業(yè)部負責管理，信息產(chǎn)業(yè)部北京郵電設計院負責具體解釋工作，建設部標準定額研究所組織中國建筑工業(yè)出版社出版發(fā)行。
