1. 工程創(chuàng)優(yōu)管理
1.1. 為了實(shí)現(xiàn)工程施工合同規(guī)定的“達(dá)標(biāo)投產(chǎn)、創(chuàng)優(yōu)良樣板工程”的質(zhì)量目標(biāo)，嚴(yán)格按照ISO9001：2000版標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和八項(xiàng)質(zhì)量管理原則開(kāi)展工程施工質(zhì)量管理，確保工程施工質(zhì)量管理工作能有章、有序、有效地實(shí)施，向業(yè)主交付滿意的工程，特制訂本建筑工程施工創(chuàng)優(yōu)措施。
1.2. 在組織上成立達(dá)標(biāo)創(chuàng)優(yōu)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組及達(dá)標(biāo)創(chuàng)優(yōu)工作小組，全面負(fù)責(zé)和組織實(shí)施本工程施工創(chuàng)優(yōu)工作：領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組組長(zhǎng)由項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理?yè)?dān)任，工作小組組長(zhǎng)由工地總經(jīng)理?yè)?dān)任，以工程總包單位廣東火電為龍頭，各施工分包單位為主體，全員參與、全過(guò)程控制和全方位管理（組織網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖如下）。

1.1.
