UT 斯達(dá)康杭州研發(fā)生產(chǎn)中心工程位于錢塘江南岸杭州高新區(qū)內(nèi)。
工程建筑總面積247278m2，分為南區(qū)(Ⅲ段)、北區(qū)(Ⅰ段)、河道(Ⅱ段)
三部分。
Ⅱ段多功能廳為型鋼混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)和鋼結(jié)構(gòu)組合結(jié)構(gòu)，直徑54m，
結(jié)構(gòu)層數(shù)3 層。結(jié)構(gòu)主要包括四個核心筒體（芯柱鋼骨基礎(chǔ)底部－4.0m
至15.835m），9.850m 標(biāo)高的樓面梁、板，16.550m 標(biāo)高的樓面梁、板，
16.550～33.400m 范圍的雙支柱系統(tǒng)和屋頂鋼結(jié)構(gòu)。
核心筒體混凝土強(qiáng)度等級C40，采用泵送商品混凝土。最大粗骨
料粒徑為25mm。連接各核心筒體的鋼骨混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)大梁混凝土強(qiáng)度
等級C45，采用泵送商品混凝土。最大粗骨料粒徑為20mm。UT Starcom Development and Manufacture Qiantang River in Hangzhou Hi-tech project in the area.

Core wall of concrete strength grade C40, using premixed concrete. Largest crude bone
Material particle size is 25mm. Connecting the core walls of steel reinforced concrete beam concrete strength
Grade C45, using premixed concrete. Maximum aggregate size is 20mm.
