甲方招聘合同制職工，按有關規定，已報請有關部門批準。甲方已向乙方如實介紹涉及合同的有關情況；乙方已向甲方提交勞動手冊。甲乙雙方本著自愿、平等的原則，經協商一致，特簽訂本合同，以便共同遵守。
第一條 合同期限

第二條 試用期限
