設(shè)電梯一部，層數(shù)*層（局部*層），均為辦公用房。工程建筑面積*****㎡，室內(nèi)
地坪±0.000 相當于絕對標高+4.200m，室內(nèi)外高差0.500m。本工程結(jié)構(gòu)框架體
系混凝土強度等級為C25，均采用商砼現(xiàn)澆。墻體材料外墻采用240 厚MU10 多
孔磚，內(nèi)隔墻采用輕質(zhì)粉煤灰中型砌塊，M5 混合砂漿砌筑。
本工程由******開發(fā)建設(shè)，*****設(shè)計有限公司設(shè)計，****工程建設(shè)監(jiān)理事務(wù)
所監(jiān)理，****公司總承包施工。目前本工程已完成裝飾工程各分部分項的施工任
