立交橋泵站深基坑施工應(yīng)急預(yù)案
一、應(yīng)急預(yù)案的方針與原則
堅(jiān)持“安全第一,預(yù)防為主”、“保護(hù)人員安全優(yōu)先,保護(hù)環(huán)境優(yōu)先”的方針,貫徹“常備不懈、統(tǒng)一指揮、高效協(xié)調(diào)、持續(xù)改進(jìn)”的原則。更好地適應(yīng)法律和經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的要求;給企業(yè)員工的工作和施工場(chǎng)區(qū)周圍居民提供更好更安全的環(huán)境;保證各種應(yīng)急資源處于良好的備戰(zhàn)狀態(tài);指導(dǎo)應(yīng)急行動(dòng)按計(jì)劃有序地進(jìn)行;防止因應(yīng)急行動(dòng)組織不力或現(xiàn)場(chǎng)救援工作的無(wú)序和混亂而延誤事故的應(yīng)急救援;有效地避免或降低人員傷亡和財(cái)產(chǎn)損失;幫助實(shí)現(xiàn)應(yīng)急行動(dòng)的快速、有序、高效;充分體現(xiàn)應(yīng)急救援的“應(yīng)急精神”。
二、應(yīng)急策劃
(一)工程概況及地質(zhì)條件
(1)工程概況
濟(jì)南市城區(qū)工程建設(shè)指揮部擬在經(jīng)十路南側(cè)、鐵西路東側(cè)修建一座泵房站,建筑物長(zhǎng)22.00米,寬度2.8-11.5米,基坑開挖深度12.00米,根據(jù)場(chǎng)地工程地質(zhì)及水文地質(zhì)條件,在基坑開挖和使用過(guò)程中需要進(jìn)行臨時(shí)性基坑支護(hù)。
(2)工程地質(zhì)
1、巖土工程條件
擬建場(chǎng)地地形平坦,地貌單元為山前沖洪積平原下部,場(chǎng)區(qū)內(nèi)與基坑支護(hù)工程有關(guān)的底層主要為上部的填土及下部的沖洪積粉土和粘性土。
